ClusterLoom is a product of Curiosity Cave Pty Ltd (ABN 34 091 954 380), based in Queensland, Australia. By using ClusterLoom, you agree to the terms set out on this page. We've written these in plain language on purpose — we want you to actually read and understand them.
ClusterLoom uses large language models (LLMs) from leading AI providers to generate articles, social media posts, and other written content. While we work hard to produce high-quality, accurate output, AI-generated content is not infallible. It may occasionally contain errors, outdated information, factual inaccuracies, or phrasing that doesn't suit your specific context.
You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing it. We strongly recommend treating ClusterLoom's output as a high-quality first draft, not a finished, verified product. Curiosity Cave Pty Ltd accepts no liability for any consequences arising from the publication of AI-generated content without adequate human review.
ClusterLoom can generate header images using AI image models. These images are produced algorithmically and, while generally appropriate, may occasionally produce results that are unexpected, inaccurate in their depiction of a subject, or contextually unsuitable.
Images sourced from Unsplash or Wikimedia Commons are provided under their respective open licences. We make a good-faith effort to include correct attribution, but you should verify licensing requirements for any commercial or high-profile publication. We accept no liability for any licensing disputes arising from the use of third-party images.
ClusterLoom automatically embeds external links to third-party websites within generated articles. We run an automated validation check on these links at the time of generation, but we cannot guarantee that any external URL will remain live, accurate, appropriate, or free from harmful content over time.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any third-party website that ClusterLoom links to. If you discover an external link in generated content that is broken, inappropriate, or points to harmful material, you should remove or replace it before or after publishing. The article editor makes this straightforward.
ClusterLoom connects to your WordPress site(s) using WordPress Application Passwords — a standard, built-in WordPress security feature. Your Application Passwords are stored encrypted in our systems and are never exposed in plain text in our interface or logs.
We take the security of your credentials seriously and maintain industry-standard protections to defend against unauthorised access. However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely impenetrable. In the event that a security breach were to occur — including any scenario in which an unauthorised third party illicitly obtained access to stored credentials — Curiosity Cave Pty Ltd cannot be held liable for any resulting damage, data loss, unauthorised publishing activity, or any other consequence affecting your WordPress site or its content.
We strongly recommend that you use a dedicated WordPress Application Password for ClusterLoom (rather than your main login password) and that you revoke and replace it immediately if you ever suspect your account has been compromised. Application Passwords can be revoked at any time from your WordPress user profile without affecting your main login credentials.
We genuinely want ClusterLoom to work reliably for you, and we put significant effort into keeping the platform stable, fast, and available. That said, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Like all cloud-based software, ClusterLoom depends on third-party infrastructure — including AI model providers, cloud hosting services, and the WordPress REST API — any of which may experience outages or disruptions outside of our control.
ClusterLoom is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular feature will function exactly as expected at all times. We will not be liable for any loss of data, loss of revenue, or other damages resulting from service outages, technical failures, or generation errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Curiosity Cave Pty Ltd, its directors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — ClusterLoom or any content generated by it.
This includes (but is not limited to): loss of profits, loss of data, reputational damage, costs associated with correcting errors in published content, or any claims made against you by third parties in connection with content that ClusterLoom helped produce.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law (for example, under Australian Consumer Law), our liability is limited to re-supplying the relevant service or refunding the amount you paid for that service in the relevant billing period.
You agree to use ClusterLoom only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Specifically, you agree not to:
We may update this page from time to time as ClusterLoom evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top when we do. For significant changes, we'll do our best to notify active subscribers via email. Continued use of ClusterLoom after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
